Two free weeks of outbound on autopilot — for B2B teams without an SDR

Two weeks of cold outreach on autopilot — free, for B2B teams without an SDR.

You describe who you sell to and what you offer. The service finds new prospects every week, sends short plain-text emails from your mailbox, follows up four times and stops the moment someone replies. I built it for my own B2B project and I'm now opening it to a few other companies.

One of the emails the service sends. Short, plain text, no links, no tracking pixels, one question at the end — the kind of email that gets answered. Company and names changed.

What you get after two weeks

A short report and a full log: every prospect found, every email sent, every reply — and the ones that said yes. Plus what I'd change for weeks three and four.

How it works right now

The sending engine is real: it has been running my own outreach since spring. What isn't built yet is the self-service dashboard. So for now I onboard each company by hand — I read your answers, set up the prospect filters and the mailbox, draft the first sequence with you and watch the first replies myself. That's why it's free, and why I take three companies at a time.

01

You answer five questions in the form below

About five minutes: who you sell to, what you offer, which mailbox to send from. I reply the same day with the prospect filters and a draft of the first email for you to approve.

02

Week 1: the service finds prospects and starts sending

A fixed daily volume from your mailbox (or a separate one I set up with you), with a four-step follow-up. Every reply lands in your inbox, and the sequence for that person stops.

03

Week 2: we adjust, and you get the report

Found · contacted · replies · positive replies, with every email and answer attached. Then you decide whether to keep going. No card, no obligation.

Where this is going

The two weeks are the first version of a product: you set the ideal customer and the offer once, and outbound runs every week without anyone touching it. This is the screen I'm building now.

About you

So I know where to reply and which company we're doing this for.

Who you sell to

This becomes the search filter for prospects. Rough is fine — I'll refine it with you.

Where are they? *

Your offer

This becomes the first email. One or two sentences each, in your own words.

Sending

Emails go out from a real mailbox in your name. A separate domain protects your main one.

Which mailbox should the emails go from? *
How many new emails a day feel right? *

Check & send

Here's what I'll read. Anything to add?

I only use this to set up and run your two weeks. Nothing is sent to anyone before you approve the first email. Privacy.

Request received

I'll reply today with the prospect filters and a draft of the first email. Once you approve it, sending starts within a few days. If the queue is full, I'll tell you the real start date in that first reply.

Who I am

Sergei DrozdovLinkedIn

Senior Product Manager, 15+ years in software, started as a developer. This spring I needed customers for my own B2B project and no SDR, so I built the thing I wanted to buy and couldn't find: outbound that runs every week without me, and stays polite enough that people answer.

For the two-week trial I do the setup and the reading myself. I read every reply, I check every prospect the filters bring in, and I write the first email with you. If something is off, email me — I answer within a day.

Questions people ask

Why not just use Instantly or Smartlead?+

Those are sending tools, and good ones. You still need someone to find new prospects every week, write the sequence, read the replies and adjust. This does that part. Under the hood it's the same careful sending: a warmed mailbox, a fixed daily limit, plain text, no tracking.

Where do the prospects come from?+

From a B2B contact database (currently Prospeo), filtered by the customer profile you describe, with verified work emails only. Every prospect appears in your report with the reason they matched, so you can tighten the filters after week one.

Will this hurt my domain?+

Not if we do it properly: a separate sending domain, a warmed mailbox, a fixed daily volume, an opt-out in every email, and an immediate stop on any reply. If you don't have a separate domain, I set one up with you — it costs about $10 and a day of waiting.

Who writes the emails?+

I draft the first sequence from your answers, you edit and approve it, and nothing is sent before that. The style is what you see at the top of this page: short, plain text, no links, one question. The follow-ups are one or two lines each.

Is this okay under GDPR?+

We write to work addresses of people in roles relevant to your offer, say who we are, include a way to opt out in every email, and honour any "stop" immediately. For EU targets I'll walk through the legitimate-interest reasoning with you before we send anything. If your compliance team has a policy, send it over and I'll follow it.

What's the catch with two free weeks?+

I need three to five companies actually using this to learn what to build next, and I'd rather learn on real outreach than on a demo. After two weeks you get the report and the full log and decide. If you want to continue, we agree a monthly price then. No card, no obligation, and the prospects and replies are yours either way.
